Search-and-invoke mode disabled artifact tools even when artifacts were enabled. Keep the artifact setting independent of the invocation mode, restoring create, edit, list, and show along with the existing app interaction path.
Artifact guides now explain account discovery with integrations, search, and invoke for this mode. Shared rendering and binding guidance stays in one document. Explicit artifacts=false still removes the artifact tools and guides.
Validated with 251 MCP tests, 7 skill tests, all workspace typechecks, lint and formatting, and the authenticated self-hosted scenario. The scenario enables both options, creates and edits an artifact, and opens the rendered result in a recorded browser session.
