Hide built-in Slack OAuth option

Summary

Hide the built-in Slack OAuth client from new-connection pickers until the app has Slack MCP approval. Use the existing unlisted setting so existing connections can still resolve the client for reconnect and refresh.

Verification

• Cloud OAuth configuration tests: 6 passed.
• Existing unlisted-client lifecycle test: passed; listing excludes the client while authorization and refresh still work.
• Cloud first-party OAuth scenarios: 2 passed. These cover shared listing and authorization behavior, not a Slack-specific browser flow.
• bun run lint, bun run format:check, and bun run typecheck: passed (45 type-check tasks).

Cloud-only configuration change; no package changeset needed.
