Add account discovery and guides to search and invoke

Search-and-invoke sessions could find actions but had no account inventory or applicable usage guide. Add integrations and a mode-specific skills guide, plus exact integration, owner, and connection filters for search.

The inventory uses the existing scoped connection and integration APIs. It returns paginated account metadata and last recorded health, without credentials or probe diagnostics. The MCP surface stays at four tools, with no schema reads during connection or tools/list. Cloud, self-hosted, and local hosts supply the same scoped APIs.

Validation: 250 MCP tests, 45 workspace typechecks, repository lint and formatting, and the authenticated self-hosted passthrough scenario. The scenario also records the Connect card showing the updated guidance and install command. The 10,000-tool test still checks bounded discovery and page-only schema reads.
