Update link for the PASCAL VOC 2007 dataset and corresponding file name in the lab5 notebook.
The VOC dataset was created as part of the VOC challenge for object recognition. We will use this dataset in lab5 to provide participants with hands-on experience with object localization and classification.
Previously, the dataset was hosted by @alexwolson, but it is no longer available. The updated link now points to the official mirror hosted by Oxford University, which should remain available in the long term.
Downloading the dataset from the Oxford mirror should take a few minutes. The updated lab5 notebook has been tested, and no further modification is needed to the remaining code cells.
