This repository just contains scripts that force-replaces a bunch of binary kernel files with copies which are presumably modified but are of unknown origin. The changes are not available in this repository, or any others hosted by this author, so appear to be unavailable entirely. The author has been AWOL for years.
Publishing binaries of GPL-licensed code without the corresponding source is illegal. Please make the kernel source code available.
This also affects using the device on recent operating systems. Basically the only way to use this right now is to flash your specific Raspbian build from http://uctronics.oss-us-west-1.aliyuncs.com/LCD35/image/UCTRONICS_LCD35_RPI.img which is years old.
