chore: align frontend with TypeType 1.2.4

Summary

• align the frontend package and image version with the existing TypeType 1.2.4 release
• keep the SABR seek hotpatch already merged on main
• do not create a new TypeType version or release

Production behavior

• the stable frontend image will be published as 1.2.4
• no runtime behavior changes beyond the seek hotpatch
• no environment or database change is required

Tests

• package versions match at 1.2.4
• git diff --check
• Frontend CI and Coverage workflows

• previous stable frontend revision: 9f7492cd84f593a9985d6b9c3b2d3e81d1123e42
