Trunk Recorder Pro now has systems with sites (TrunkRecorder/trunk-recorder-pro#51; SDK trunk-recorder-plugin 0.4.0). This updates the template and its author docs.

What changes

  • SDK: built with trunk-recorder-plugin 0.4.0; the template's code needed no changes.
  • docs/events.md:
    • site / site_name in the examples.
    • call.start's id matches the concluded call's call_num only for a call heard on one site. A call heard on several starts and ends once, as its first site's copy, and the copy that concludes may be another site's.
    • Audio chunks can carry the call_id of a copy that had no call.start. Such a chunk belongs to the call with the same system and talkgroup.
    • status has one entry per site.
  • docs/settings.md, docs/uploading.md: a system's sites share its settings. For a service that knows a site as a system of its own, add a list of sites, as 0.1.5: a site with a Broadcastify Calls system of its own trunk-plugin-broadcastify#1 and 0.1.5: a site with an OpenMHz system of its own trunk-plugin-openmhz#3 do.

Tests: all pass, and clippy and cargo fmt --check are clean.

Trunk Recorder Pro's systems now have sites: a call heard on several is
one call, its JSON saying the site it was kept from. The events doc says
so: site / site_name in the examples, call.start's id matching call_num
only for a call heard on one site, a call's audio from a copy that had
no call.start, status as an entry per site. Settings and uploading say
a system's sites share its settings, and how to give a site its own.
