Trivian Technologies is committed to technical collaboration grounded in dignity, consent, intellectual honesty, and non-domination.
Participants are expected to:
- engage ideas and evidence rather than demean people;
- communicate disagreement clearly without harassment or intimidation;
- respect boundaries, privacy, and consent;
- distinguish evidence, inference, and speculation;
- make room for principled dissent and minority viewpoints;
- acknowledge uncertainty and correct material errors;
- avoid discriminatory, threatening, degrading, or sexually harassing behavior.
Technical disagreement is welcome. Coercion, retaliation, targeted harassment, and deliberate deception are not.
This code applies to participation in Trivian Technologies repositories, issues, pull requests, discussions, and other project spaces maintained by the organization.
If conduct creates a safety or participation concern, contact node@triviantech.com. Reports will be handled with discretion consistent with the need to investigate and respond.
Project maintainers may edit or remove contributions, restrict participation, or take other proportionate action when behavior materially violates these expectations.
Our aim is not forced agreement. It is a field in which disagreement can remain rigorous, legible, and humane.
