Wanted to share my observation:
I have three bottom rows and on start of the app, the bottom row is empty. When I click/toggle through the bottom rows, row 2 is shown, then 3 and then 1 and so on.
I thought that's normal.
But after I added another custom app to additionalApp.json, the first bottom row is shown on start of the app, but only when the/one other app in the additionalApp.json is listed BEFORE the Speedometer App. When it's listed after the Speedometer App, the bottom row stays empty on start of Speedometer App.
