Public protocol: The protocol must contain sufficient information to reproduce the declared bounded claim without exposing non-public implementation, sensitive IP, credentials or private operational material.
Controlled-review material: Additional artefacts, logs or private-core evidence may be made available through a controlled review process where appropriate.
Private core: The private implementation remains outside the public reproduction scope unless access is explicitly authorized under defined review conditions.
