kinkangle.ijm: For finding out the kink angle in ovule morphogenesis
Can be used to 1. To find midpoint of a line
2. To draw a perpendicular to a line
3. To find Intersection point between 2 lines
4. To measure the angle between 2 lines
Kink angle measurement on a 3D digital ovule; the script finds the midpoint, draws perpendicular lines, and computes the angle.
