Restore the picomatch lock entry required for npm ci
With fdir still declaring the optional picomatch peer here, deleting the nested node_modules/svelte-check/node_modules/picomatch package entry leaves this lockfile out of sync: I checked npm ci --help (Clean install a project) and then ran npm ci --package-lock-only --ignore-scripts --dry-run in apps/web, and npm aborts with Missing: picomatch@ from lock file. The PR and CD workflows both run npm ci in apps/web, so this dependency-only commit will block CI until the lockfile is regenerated or the deleted picomatch entry is restored.
