Lite 2026.10.1 shipped JavaScript plugins (docs already on the site at /docs/lite/plugins), but the Lite product page never mentioned them.

  • Lite page bento: a new full-width last tile. The six permissions a plugin can declare as chips, the title and two sentences of copy, and the plugins doc's own example cut down to ten lines in a code window, so no new screenshot is needed. On tablets it takes the whole row, on phones the code sits under the copy.
  • Home page Lite band: a fifth point; the odd last point spans both columns so the grid keeps no empty cell.
  • JSON-LD: the feature joins featureList on the Lite page; the screenshot list skips features without a screenshot, so no URL points at a missing image.

Copy (en / zh-CN):

  • Title: "Plugins that adapt requests and answers" / 「插件改写请求与回答」
  • Body: plugins adapt requests and answers to a setup, the app includes two (answer language, WSL/Windows paths); each runs in a sandbox without network or file access, reads and changes only what its permissions declare, receives placeholders instead of keys, and every change is recorded and checked by the same protections.

Checked locally: pnpm build, then a headless Chromium at 1440, 1100, 900, 768, 640, 375 and 320 px for both languages: every bento row and the home band's points fill the grid edge to edge, no page scrolls sideways, and the code fits its window down to 375 px (at 320 px it scrolls inside its own box).

Lite 2026.10.1 shipped JavaScript plugins, but the Lite page never
mentioned them. The bento gains a full-width last tile: the permissions
a plugin can declare as chips, the copy, and the plugins doc's example
cut down to a few lines, so no screenshot is needed. The feature also
joins the Lite band on the home page (its odd last point takes the
whole row) and the featureList in the Lite page's JSON-LD; the JSON-LD
screenshots skip features without one.
