- /lite: new hero, nine two-sentence feature cards ordered by what matters most (connect once, security, MCP scan, traceability, routing, upstreams, cost, dry run, keys); the settings card is dropped; the status card becomes a row of labels; remote core and menu bar sections shortened. - Screenshots re-shot from ThinkWatch Lite dev (the menu no longer has Undo); alt texts follow the new images. The MCP shot is unchanged for now. - Home: the Lite card and section use the same wording. - Docs: new Features page carrying the page-by-page reference that leaves the README; the Lite overview becomes a short entry page. - Facts added: Amazon Bedrock upstreams, time to first token, generation speed.
