gitlabr 2.1.0 removed the repo_name argument from gitlabr::use_gitlab_ci() (rocker images now pin CRAN to a date), which made lozen::use_gitlab_ci() error with 'unused argument' and broke 2 tests on CI. - drop repo_name from the signature, the gitlabr call and the examples (fusen flat source + generated R and Rd, edited consistently) - drop stale repo_name and gitlab_url arguments from the dev history templates - require gitlabr (>= 2.1.0) in DESCRIPTION - add NEWS entries for this change and for the golem add_positconnect_file() switch
