Integrates the compatible PHPUnit 11.5.56 patch update from #15, including the resolved php-parser 5.8.0 lockfile update. The dependency audit and complete local CI suite pass. This manual PR allows the required CodeQL jobs to run, which GitHub skips on the Dependabot-generated branch.
