Add comprehensive ROADMAP.md with: - Visual timeline (Now/Next/Later) - Detailed milestones with status and targets - Completed milestones section - Contribution guide for each focus area - Progress metrics Update README.md with: - Roadmap section linking to full roadmap - Current focus areas - Up next preview This follows the Steinberger model of radical transparency for attracting contributors and building in public.
