With Upptime, you can get your own unlimited and free uptime monitor and status page, powered entirely by a GitHub repository. We use Issues as incident reports, Actions as uptime monitors, and Pages for the status page.

FAQ

How do I update the personal access token for Uptime?

1. Open Bitwarden and get the credentials for the Github Service Account
2. Open a private browser window to Github.
3. Login as the Github Service Account.
4. Go to Account > Settings > Developer Settings > Personal Access Tokens > Fine-grained tokens.
5. Click the uptime token.
6. Click Regenerate token and choose the number of days to expiration.
7. Click Regenerate token
8. Copy the token to your clipboard.
9. With your personal Github account, go to the uptime repo in Github.
10. Go to Settings > Security > Secrets and variables > Actions
11. Edit the GH_PAT by clicking the pencil icon.
12. Paste the token you copied.
13. Click Update secret.
