Summary

  • Article channel gets its own system prompt and explicit ALLOWED names/figures from the BRIEF.
  • Thin briefs lower per-section word aims; inventing sections are dropped from the stitch after retry.
  • eval-write-article invent DQ uses the visible brief (same surface the product fact-locks to).

Test plan

  • Contoso pytest for prompt, write_article, eval_write_article
  • Full pytest green locally
  • PP_MLX_ALLOW=1 personality-protect eval-write-article on carved holdouts

Made with Cursor

Add an article system prompt, list BRIEF-allowed names/figures in section
directives, scale section word aims down for thin briefs, and omit sections
that still invent after retry. Eval invent now uses the visible brief.

Local MLX eval-write-article after this change (n=4 carved holdouts):

article base tie
wins 1 3 0
disqualified 3 0

Verdict: not_supported (majority + significance + DQ rate). Progress vs the prior run where both arms were invent-DQ'd on every item: one product draft cleared invent and won on cadence (1372w). Remaining DQ is still invent pressure on thin briefs for 3/4 holdouts.
