Load description, input, output, and usage from docs/agents.md and stage-*.md (JSDoc fallback for 20.8/20.9). Hide empty workflow and dependency sections instead of placeholder copy. Co-authored-by: telivity-otaip <telivity-otaip@users.noreply.github.com>
