Patch release: Node SDK flush fix for short-lived processes (#843, PR #848). Docs /docs/node and /docs/alerts updated to
await flush()with a note that it requires @telemetry-tracker/node >= 1.4.2. No DB migration. SDK packages (core 1.5.2, node 1.4.2) are NOT published to npm by this release. Patch, so no newsletter.
