Found by QA while verifying #851. The default/fallback ingest URL described on /docs/node does not match the one on /error-tracking/nodejs. Align both pages with the actual default in the Node SDK (core) and state it once.

Acceptance: both pages show the same ingest URL fallback, matching the SDK implementation.

    QA verification 2026-10-23 CEST, production v1.22.13 (release #865, PR #862). /docs/node and /error-tracking/nodejs now both use TELEMETRY_INGEST_URL || "https://api.telemetry-tracker.com" in every snippet and state once that ingestUrl is required (no SDK built-in default). Verified and closed.
