feat(emulator): pick PET vs Triple-O + a help explainer - #315
Merged
Conversation
The Party Emulator bundled both systems on one screen with no way to choose, and nothing explained how to drive them. Add a Both/Triple-O/PET segmented picker (persisted per-campaign via CampaignSettings.emulatorSystem, JSON-omitted when 'both' so legacy files stay byte-stable) that filters which system's cards show, and a help sheet that explains the visible system(s) in facts-only tool guidance.
