Summary

• Release Build runs on xcode-27 only: nightly at 19:00 UTC and by dispatch. The MAC_RUNNER switch, the runner input and the weekly hosted run go.
• The ci rule says every job runs on a GitHub-hosted runner.
• setup-xcode and setup-xcodegen notes no longer mention the Mac.
• The self-hosted runner is unregistered and removed from the maintainer's Mac: its builds used too much of the machine's memory, and in a background session XCUITest hung before connecting.

Test plan

• actionlint clean.
• No workflow, action, doc or script in TablePro, docs, web, .github or integrations names the runner, its label or MAC_RUNNER.
