[TASK] Add the missing captions to 11 literalinclude blocks - #567

This manual shows reST rather than uses it, so the file an example goes into is a documentation file of the reader's own manual. The captions say Documentation/MyDocs.rst, which is what the manual's other examples already say, and Documentation/guides.xml for the one that shows that file. Four literalinclude blocks stay without a caption. Two sit in a group-tab already labelled "reST" next to one labelled "Output", one is the output half of such a pair, and one is example text inside a code block rather than a directive at all.
