- 为投资组合摘要添加本地存储缓存，以便在页面加载时立即显示数据，并在API失败时（8秒超时）回退
- 在显示缓存数据时添加琥珀色警告横幅
- 添加带有翡翠色和脉冲动画的数据更新时间戳
