A free WordPress plugin that drafts SEO-structured articles with the AI provider of your choice and saves them as drafts for a human to review before publishing.

This plugin can hurt your search rankings if you use it badly. That is not boilerplate; it is the most important thing in this README.
Search engines do not penalise AI writing as such. They penalise unreviewed, unhelpful content published at scale to manipulate rankings. A plugin that publishes 500 unread articles builds exactly that. The same plugin used to draft 20 articles that a person then fact-checks, corrects and improves is an ordinary productivity tool.
The difference is entirely in what you do between generation and publication. That is why draft-first, spend ceilings and a review queue are the defaults, and why the publishing step requires a deliberate human click.

You bring your own keys and pay the provider directly. No account, no licence key, no site limit.

Costs are estimates from an internal price table whose only job is to drive the spend ceiling. They are not a bill. Check your provider's dashboard for real figures.
Download the ZIP from Releases, then Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → Activate.

- Auto-Blogger → pick a provider, paste a key, Test connection.
- Enter a seed subject, generate topics, read the list, save.
- Generate one article and read all of it. Do not skip this step — if the output is not good enough to publish under your own name, no schedule will fix that.
- Only then set a schedule.
On activation nothing is scheduled and nothing publishes itself.

WordPress 6.9 introduced the Abilities API, and the official
WordPress MCP Adapter exposes registered abilities as MCP
tools. This plugin registers five on wp_abilities_api_init:

Writing and publishing are separate abilities on purpose, so an agent cannot publish something nobody read. On WordPress older than 6.9 the registration is skipped and everything else still works.

The plugin is lint-clean on PHP 7.4–8.3 and covered by five test suites that execute its real code. It has not yet been run on a live WordPress installation with a real database, and no live API call has been made to any provider. Install it on a staging site first.
