…w-up) 0.3.1 and 0.3.2 bumped package.json/CHANGELOG but never stop-writing-comments/.claude-plugin/plugin.json — the file the plugin installer actually reads. claude plugin update reported "already at the latest version (0.3.0)" and installed nothing even after the DEV-57 merge. Bump plugin.json to 0.3.2, and add a CI check in the validate job that fails the build if package.json's version and plugin.json's version ever diverge again.
