Synchronizes the SDK with the corrected Motifuse OpenAPI contract, fixes Node Buffer and generic Uint8Array upload typing for current TypeScript DOM declarations, and adds a consumer compile regression.\n\nValidated locally with npm run check and TypeScript 7.0.2.
