After the 5th successful interactive run, print one line to stderr asking for a GitHub star, once ever. Counter in the cache dir (
star-hint). Silent for MCP, --json, non-TTY stderr, CI, and withLOCKDOCS_NO_STAR_HINT=1. Unit tests cover the gating. Documented in docs/guide/setup.md.Built by: Sonnet 5.5. Review: pending
