Translate AtroPIM products, and any other AtroCore record, into your other languages with Supertext AI: a Translate with Supertext button on the product and a mass action in the product list.
The record's multilingual texts go to Supertext in one request per language and come back into that language's fields, saved through AtroCore's own permissions, validation and history. Editors review and adjust the translation in AtroPIM as usual.
- Translates multilingual text, Markdown and rich text fields and attribute values (bold text, links and lists are kept; whole sentences are translated)
- Products, categories, brands or any other entity: an AtroCore action of the new type Translate with Supertext per entity, as a button, in the More menu and as a mass action, optionally in the background
- Fields that already have text in a language are kept unless the action overwrites them
- The API key lives in an AtroCore connection of type Supertext (encrypted, Test connection), or in
SUPERTEXT_API_KEY - Source and target languages, form of address and the language mapping (a combo box per AtroPIM language with Supertext's languages, preselected with the obvious one) are configurable
- Translation review per language: translations into a language with it ticked go through Supertext's review service, where reviewers correct them on your website; the corrections come back with the next translation
- Checks the API key automatically and, unless switched off, sends version information (site URL, module, AtroPIM and PHP versions; no content, no key) to Supertext
- Export for translation (XLIFF 1.2 or HTML) and Import translation of translated files, for translation tools, translators or Supertext's web app (two more action types)

Besides translating with Supertext AI, you can export a product or another record as a file, have it translated elsewhere and import the result.
- Where: the action types Export for translation and Import translation (an admin adds them as actions), plus REST endpoints and console commands.
- Formats: XLIFF 1.2 for translation tools such as Trados, memoQ or Phrase (formatting travels as protected tags; several target languages in one file), or HTML (one language per file) for translators or Supertext's web app, which keeps the file's head and
data-st-idattributes, so the translated file imports as it is. - Import: the file says what it was exported from and for which language. The translations are written with the same rules as a Supertext AI translation, and a summary shows what was imported and what was skipped: source changed since the export (import those anyway with Also import texts whose source changed since the export), not translated, formatting changed, not in the file.
- Safe: files over 10 MB, files from another system and translations that add markup the source doesn't have are refused; uploaded files aren't stored.

Quick start for AtroCore 2.4 / AtroPIM 1.16 (you need a Supertext account and an API key from supertext.com → Integrations → API, which requires the Admin role): add {"type": "vcs", "url": "https://github.com/Supertext/AtroPIM-Supertext-Translation"} to the repositories in your AtroCore project's composer.json, then
