Use ref: github.head_ref || github.ref_name in checkout so CI runs on the actual branch rather than detached HEAD merge commit, allowing the diagram commit to be pushed to the PR branch normally. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
