CodeQL -- fix: distinguish pseudo-FS from real-FS root in NFSv4 LOOKUPP output The Nfs4Lookupp escape outcome now carries a 'verified' flag indicating whether the handle is the real filesystem root (LOOKUP of /etc, /bin, etc. succeeded) or the NFSv4 pseudo-root. Linux knfsd redirects LOOKUPP at the export boundary into the pseudo-FS (RFC 7530 S7.3) rather than the host filesystem. The pseudo-root gives cross-export access but is not usable in v3 (NFS3ERR_STALE). The output now explains this distinction...

CodeQL -- ci: add publish.yml for workspace crates.io publishing Publishes all 9 packages in dependency order with 30s index propagation delays between each layer. Triggered by publishing a GitHub Release (after release.yml creates the draft) or via workflow_dispatch. Publish order: 1. onc-xdr-derive (--no-verify, circular dev-dep) 2. onc-xdr 3. onc-rpc-client 4. onc-rpcbind, nfs-mount 5. nfs-v2, nfs-v3, nfs-v4 6. nfswolf

CodeQL -- fix: replace blocking_lock with try_lock in pool checkin blocking_lock() panics when called from within a tokio runtime context. checkin() runs from the sync Drop impl of PooledConnection, which executes inside async tasks. The shared-pool change in the analyzer exposed this latent issue. On contention the connection is discarded rather than re-queued; the semaphore permit is released regardless.

CodeQL -- fix: eliminate last dead_code expect, log probe errors at debug level ProbeResult::Failed was carrying an anyhow::Error that was never read (only visible through Debug formatting). Changed Failed to a unit variant and moved all error context to tracing::debug! so the diagnostic info is preserved at debug level without a dead struct field. Zero #[expect(dead_code)] remain in the codebase.

CodeQL -- lint: enforce #[expect] over #[allow], tighten workspace lint policy - Replace ALL #[allow(...)] with #[expect(...)] across the entire workspace (38 occurrences in 12 files). #[expect] auto-warns when the suppression becomes unnecessary, preventing stale suppressions. - Promote clippy::allow_attributes from warn to deny so #[allow] is a hard build error. - Remove unfulfilled #[expect] attributes that the compiler flagged (missing_copy_implementations, clippy::large_enum_variant, sing...
