Summary

  • "SFRS" was introduced by mistake — it only ever meant "a feature (description/specification)," never a real external standard name. Reworded the one remaining mention in CONTRIBUTING.md to "the CLI Standard", following the construct-repo a301baf naming precedent.
  • (Split out of feat: diceware passphrase generation (vault generate --passphrase + TUI) #51, where this commit was riding along unrelated to that PR's passphrase-generation feature.)

Test plan

  • reuse lint (doc-only change, no code affected)
  • Confirmed no remaining "SFRS" mentions anywhere in the repo

"SFRS" was introduced by mistake — it only ever meant "a feature
(description/specification)," never a real external standard name.
Every mention now reads "the CLI Standard" / "the Spacecraft Software
Dual-Mode Self-Documenting CLI Standard (v1.0.0)", following the
construct-repo a301baf naming precedent.
