Removes the following built-in interactive slash commands:
/export/import/session/changelog/debug/arminsayshi/dementedelvesAlso removes the Shift+Ctrl+D debug handler wiring and updates the condensed startup changelog notice to no longer reference
/changelog.Session export/import APIs remain available programmatically via the SDK; only the interactive slash command entry points are removed.
