I think we don't need to copy the same notebook to have just to change a single line.

Adds 'DeepLabV3PlusTrainer' and 'DeepLabV3PlusModule' following the same pattern as 'UNetPlusPlusTrainer'. Includes a BUSI tutorial notebook for DeepLab v3+.
