Prepares attune-forms 0.10.0 after PR:65 introduced the provider-neutral MCP Apps transport.

What's new

• MCP Apps-capable hosts can render forms and command workspaces inline from one shared ui:// resource
• interactive actions still pass through the existing server-side collectors before reaching model context
• native, structured-text, and Markdown fallbacks remain available and visibly name partial host support
• README now includes a dedicated What's new in 0.10.0 section

Release preparation

• bumped pyproject and both plugin manifests to 0.10.0
• moved the MCP Apps changelog entry under 0.10.0 dated 2026-08-30
• 882 tests pass locally; Ruff, Black, compileall, and diff checks pass
• built and inspected attune_forms-0.10.0-py3-none-any.whl and attune_forms-0.10.0.tar.gz
• PyPI reports 0.9.1 current and 0.10.0 available
• signed commit be72dab verified

This PR prepares but does not tag or publish the release. After merge, the release check must run again against the full merge SHA before tagging.
