When installed/running on Forge 1.20.1 with Forager's Insight, all shears (modded and vanilla) no longer shear the E2J variant Sheep (minus Horned Sheep) as expected.
Flecked Sheep and Long-Nosed Sheep should shear with Brown Wool, Inky Sheep should shear with Black Wool, Rocky Sheep with Gray Wool, and Rainbow Sheep with Rainbow Wool.
However, when Forager's Insight is installed, even with the Shearing XP disabled (so all Shears should behave in a vanilla fashion), these sheep all seem to default to a vanilla Sheep's coding and typically drop White Wool when sheared (they rarely will drop light grey, as if they are a vanilla Sheep that spawned with light grey instead of white).
Killing the sheep drops the appropriate wool as expected, only Shearing is affected.
I have tested this with a few other mods that add sheep (or otherwise shearable mobs) and those sheep/mobs shear as expected with all Shear items.
