| ### Create a project based on an example project ### | ||

| 1. Make sure that this repository is added to [Preferences > Simplicity Studio > External Repos](https://docs.silabs.com/simplicity-studio-5-users-guide/latest/ss-5-users-guide-about-the-launcher/welcome-and-device-tabs). | ||
|
|
||
| 2. From the Launcher Home, add your board to My Products, click on it, and click on the **EXAMPLE PROJECTS & DEMOS** tab. Find the example project filtering by **'filter'**. | ||
|
|
||
| 3. Click on the **Create** button on the **Bluetooth - SoC Filter Accept List** example. Example project creation dialog pops up -> click **Finish** and the project should be generated. | ||
|
|
||
| 4. Build and flash this example to the board. |

This is the method for SSV5; for SSV6 they have to add the repo as an extension to each SDK they want to use this extension with, please change the instructions to reflect that process

soc_filter_accept_list.txt
The autogenerated SLCP contains specific project generated details like boards components etc.. also that generated format is not suitable to be a source for generating more of the same project , it will cause generation/build errors
please use the attached file instead

Please make the changes for the project to be generated and built successfully, please run the test with SSV6 and make sure that it runs with the specific SDK.
