Claude's interactive usage screen can omit full/5-hour reset grants and briefly show placeholder percentages. Read its usage endpoint with the existing default Claude Code sign-in and actual installed CLI version, then show scoped counts, expiry and paused/unusable states in the current cards. Use the same response for usage windows while retaining CLI plan and paid-credit details.
Authentication is read-only and bounded in Apple's helper process. The request is a fixed HTTPS GET with no redirects, response persistence, credential refresh or reset redemption. Failed, ineligible and unsupported responses remain unknown. A full grant is never counted twice as a 5-hour grant.
Validation: 20 focused SwiftPM tests passed; native full-window renders reviewed at 960/1180/1440 points; live native allowance and source-disclosure checks completed; v2 preserve-design review and git diff --check passed. Local account evidence remains private. The remaining work in #15 is complete once the protected release and installed build are verified.
