Initial setup of the example app. Still have a lot to do & annotate. But I want to unblock this to validate that I can get code loading into the two-column tutorial.

For now this is just setting up an app (stock Remix JS app, modified TOML file, sample TOML file for the tutorial, and modified app/routes/app._index.jsx page) for the tutorial.

Later on I’ll have some more PRs for annotating code to highlight at different steps in the tutorial etc.
