Fix React Native accelerated checkout button height

Summary

• mirrors Fix accelerated checkout button hit area checkout-sheet-kit-react-native#515 in the consolidated React Native package
• removes the default flex: 1 style so the native onSizeChange height determines the touch target instead of stretching to fill its parent
• updates the component test to expect only the measured height
