Sub directory usage:
 - nagios/:
   - Used for nagios plugins.
   - Should be one directory per-plugin.
   - Every plugin should come with a README in addition to any built-in documentation.
 - configs/:
   - Used for stored configs.
   - Should be one directory per service. (e.g., 'nagios', 'mysql').
