Add reason for visit to location queues

This action will allow walk-up admins/managers to add “Reason For Visit” to Location Queues


Inputs:

1. Name = Location , field type = Reference , Mandatory
= true
2. Name = Reason , field type = Reference , Mandatory
= true
3. Name = Order , field type = String , Mandatory
= False
4. Name = Text Entry , field type = True/False , Mandatory
= False

Output:

1. Name= Created Msg , field type = String
