Safe archive warming now performs bounded buffered reads independently of archive-open flag changes. The user's default FOMOD session confirmed 903,412,094 completed bytes across 509 archives, zero warm failures, and save-load pauses in Skyrim 1.6.1170 / SKSE 2.2.8.
The session exposed a misleading completion message caused by consulting an empty replanned batch's memory budget. Version 2.2.1 preserves the tested warming behavior/settings and reports the actual session termination. Its actual-DLL regression fails against the preserved parent and passes against the patch. All 13 local tests and source/archive/native/installer gates pass; CI repeats the checks before packaging.
This PR includes the active-cache rework from the previous draft, the small diagnostic patch, real runtime evidence, and release/Nexus user notes. It supersedes draft PR #7. Release is requested after the exact release SHA is green; comparative FPS/loading gains and a full runtime matrix remain unmeasured.
