Description

Reference for Renovate, Mise and replaced variables 💣

Same change set as SemRels/updater-zig#20: Taskfile instead of Makefile, mise tooling, Renovate instead of Dependabot, repository settings, split binary/container release workflows and the semrel release configuration.

docs: document plugin usage with uses, phase and args

Replace the local binary path in the configuration examples with the registry name (`uses: "@semrel/<plugin>"`), set the phase the plugin runs in, and configure it through `args`. The options table now lists each argument next to its `SEMREL_PLUGIN_*` environment variable, which can be used instead of `args`.
