The /config/log/ directory is required to write the migration logs. This folder contains a dummy .gitignore file as git does not support commitment of empty directories. Additionally .gitignore was modified to no longer exclude /config/log/*. This is now done by /config/log/.gitignore.
Added the contents for a .htaccess file to the README. This is primarily for the rewrite functionality, to map the HTTP requests to the correct function calls. Also added a note for the case of a setup failure.

The changes in Rakuun are complemented by those in CORE.
