[FIX] 다중 finding 분석 시 DB 이벤트 루프 충돌 및 작업 timeout 보완

🔎 개요

다중 finding 처리 시 반복 생성된 이벤트 루프로 인해 asyncpg DB 연결이 충돌하는 문제를 수정했습니다.

📝 작업 내용

• 분석 작업당 asyncio.run() 1회만 호출하도록 변경
• 여러 finding의 DB 조회가 동일한 이벤트 루프에서 실행되도록 변경
• finding별 RAG 검색 및 LLM 설명 생성 진행 로그 추가
• RQ enqueue에 job_timeout 명시
• 다중 finding 처리 및 이벤트 루프 회귀 테스트 추가

👀 변경 사항

• ANALYSIS_JOB_TIMEOUT_SECONDS 환경변수 추가
• 기본값: 1800초
• .env.example 갱신
