Slice 070 is approved (G4). PR #66 merged as
d515d2d, tagslice/070points at it.ROADMAP.md: row 070done→approved.README.md: the status paragraph counts 25 tags (git tag -l 'slice/*' | wc -l→ 25) and names 070 as the first slice of M5b.M5b Reaches needs 071, 072 and 080 before it is complete; the gateway core is the piece they all build on. Packaging note: this slice's three-OS build ran on the branch before the merge, under the trigger added yesterday, so the tag's own packaging evidence is not the first.
