ROADMAP row 061 to approved after the owner's G4 on #56 (merged 65cda72, tag slice/061). M5a is not reached: it needs 050 and 062. The README's status counts 22 tags from the tree and names 059, 060 and 061 as M5a's approved slices; the Connects bullet and the docs table already carried the server side from the slice PR.
